She brings her impeccable attention to detail to every TIME to DINE event . Erin started as a TIME to DINE intern, working in every department and soaking up all of the knowledge of our business. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors of General Studies with a Concentration in Business Hospitality. First, as our Catering Specialist, and now as an exceptional Event Catering Coordinator, Erin is an invaluable member of our team.
